Endermen should when there holding a block should hit you with it instead of hitting you the normal way. It should also take more damage depending the strength or hard the block is like sand and grass should take less damage but blocks like stone neitherrack and endstone should take a lot more damage this should make endermen with blocks a little more frightening.
