Soarer (A New Mob For A Mountain/Sky Update)

Soarers are eagle/dragon-like neutral mobs that spawn in Mountains and Extreme hills biome. They only spawn at Y Axis 95+

Behavior: When idle, they roost in their nests or on the top of the mountain. They fly when attacked or when a goat or llama is nearby. Soarers will grab their prey with their talons, fly 24 blocks high from the ground and drop them off to the ground killing their prey from fall damage. When a player feeds a cheese to one, The Soarer will be mountable using saddle and the player will be able to control its flight. However, the Soarer has a limited energy. Once the player and the soarer have landed, the player will only be able to retame the soarer next three minecraft days. One soarer can only be fed with cheese three times. Soarers are breedable. After breeding, one of them will make their own nest on the top of the mountain and lay 1-3 Soarer eggs inside the nest. They only hatch when the weather is snowy. Soarer eggs can only be placed inside a Soarer nest.

Purpose: Minecraft needs a mob in the overworld that could provide the players an air transportation. Mountable dragons in minecraft is in high demand therefore I've come up with this idea without making them too overpowered for a tameable mob.

    Very cool! The soarers are a great idea! Not too overpowered as well! I hope this will be added to Minecraft!

    How are they not overpowered ! Flying is meant to be a feature exclusive to the elytra. That’s its only purpose !!! If players can fly only with a saddle and cheese, there is no point for the elytra or the Ender Dragon fight at all. The loot available in the End Cities and more is available in Bastion Remnants for less risk. The elytra is the only thing worth the End fight.

    I disagree because elytra can move for longer and you can use them right away after.
