Decrease the amount of Bat spawning

Bats are problematic mobs that can be annoying in almost any situation, like when you have an unlit base or you are working on your farm etc:. And so I think that we should decrease spawn rate of bats, as this would make the game just more enjoyable and less annoying in certain scenarios. Also maybe some kind of drop from bat would make it (at least in some kind of a way) relevant and give it finally a purpose that it deserves as every other mob in the game.
