It's impossible to get portal frames in servile mode. Only with /give and creative.

With it being currently impossible To get to the end, I hail you for helping us superflat lovers (or maybe it’s just me and red stone builders). If it’s rare or even if most of the blocks are similar but unfuntionable that would be awesome.
