There should be a new npc/humanoid that lives in the desert called the Charmer. The Charmer would be an illager with a turban, purple robes, and he would be sitting on his flying carpet. The Charmer would also have 25 health points, do 4 damage, and spawn inside his structure called the Charmer Hut inside the desert. If a player is nearby, the Charmer would start playing music with his magic flute, which would make anything (except Charmers) in a 5 x 5 x 5 block radius to get nausea and weakness 1 for 20 seconds. During that time, the Charmer will start flying down and ramming the player with its magic carpet to deal damage, then would fly back up again. The Charmer will repeat this until the effects wear off, which is when he will attempt to use his magic flute again. When dead, the Charmer will have a 0-1 chance of dropping one emerald, and an extremely low 0-1 chance of dropping his magic flute, and only if he is holding it at the time. To use the magic flute, the player will have to charge it for the same time it takes to charge a crossbow. After that, it will create the magic flute effect, giving weakness 1 and nausea to everything in a 4 x 4 x 4 block radius for 15 seconds. After that, the flute will have a cooldown that's 1.5 x the amount of seconds it takes to charge. Some things to note about the Charmer is that the carpet and Charmer shouldn't be different entities, and should actually just be one model of the Charmer sitting on a magic flying carpet.
