Illager use Formations when they attack

When Illager Attack Villages, they could use some Formation's like with shields Like the ancient romes did or with beeing around the Illager Beast and protecting it, that it could maybe destroy walls? Because if your Village is attacked, you could Just build a Wall and they can't get through and if the protectet Illager Beast can get through Walls it wouldn't be that easy to defend or ignore a raid. And Illager could use some more classes, that they can use more Formation's, but Villages could use some Fighter Villagers too, that a Player can equipp and then they Fight if they see an aggressive Mob.
