The haunter is a new boss that can be made you need blue soul sand or blue soul soil to make it and 3 wither skeleton skulls to make the haunter this wither is light gray but obtains a shield much more early than a wither and shoots cyan blasts at the player effecting the player with haunting an effect that lasts as long as 20 seconds spawns a phantom close to you every 10 seconds this mob also has the ability to suck any mobs toward it every 20 seconds as well as haunting them in the process if you defeat it you obtain a cracked nether star if you right click with it you crack it again revealing a random beacon effect with regeneration being the rarest also if you want to know how to get soul sand and soil but blue check out my soul mesa idea as well as the infinity brewer

    There's already a Pokémon called Haunter. My suggestion for a name for the boss you're talking about:

    The Haunting

    The Spectre

    The Screaming Horror

    The Banshee

    The Soul-Taker
