The Menace (Wither Skeleton Mount)

There are Piglins and Hoglins, but there needs to be a beast for the wither skeletons. In the Soul Sand Valley, or around the base of nether fortresses, there should be wither skeletons riding a mount. It would be like a withered chonky black zombie horse-unicorn. Or something like a wither skeleton horse with armor. It could be called the Menace. It could be like a ravager in size and strength, but for the wither skeletons. When hit by the Menace, it will knock you back a little far and give either wither effect or a new effect called Wounding. When damaged and having the Wounding effect, there will be half a heart more damage in purple hearts.

Separate from this, there needs to be a new nether boss and revamped nether fortresses.
