Unnerf Skeleton Horses

I think since 1.13 rskeleton horses all have the same 7 hearts same jump and same speed i was thinking it go back back to previous system where they where actually worth riding? I not asking for anything crazy maybe at max 15 hearts like other horses and similar speed and jump system so they actually fill like a good horse to ride alternatives are always a good thing. :) if you can leave feedback what else would be cool for it i will update post.
