The End Hopper

In the new Nether Update there comes a new rideable mob, The Strider. So I was thinking what could be done for a rideable mob in the End so I thought of the End Hopper which would be like a giant grasshopper like entity which would be able to jump from End Island to End Island, this would be a very useful way of travel in the end because before you have an elytra there is a very high risk of falling into the void. The End Hopper would be ridden using a saddle.
