Clone commands with items

Clone commands in creative mode are very tedious. I propose objects that you can summon in creative mode to capture coordinate sets for cloning on click, and pasting on click. So instead of typing up coordinate set one and two, then three to move the objects, I would love an item to copy the first set, an item to copy the second set, and an item to copy the last set and finally paste the area, or something like that. This would greatly enhance and streamline the process of copying and pasting builds and terrain. I've been playing minecraft since before it came out on xbox 360, and I know for a fact that the build possibilities in creative mode would be so much greater with this addition, especially for time constraints. Not only that, but it would be so much more fun for people to be able to build intricate things like cities very quickly, without having to constantly type in coordinates to paste this building here and that building there. Not to mention how much time it would save on redstone builds, or repeatable builds.
