Increased drops from Ghasts

When a Ghast is killed it should drop other items e.g fragments of its body. These parts will also entail healing properties that the Ghast tears have and can be used to make potions but they are also edible and provide players with slowly increasing health, but this is also followed by either a nauseating effect, instant death or slow consistent damage to the player, (because ingredients are  not dilute)

this originated from how some chemicals are used for pharmaceuticals but can also be misused.
