Some of village libraries should contain loot chests

For example, those 2-story libraries in plains or taiga villages should have chest at the top.

They could contain: Paper, Books, Ink Sacs, Enchanted Books, Lanterns, Bread and Emeralds

    and maybe a rare items like a spellbooks which you could use to cast spells?

    Like shooting fireballs?

    Making it rain?

    Summon lightning?
