Frozen Lakes

Currently, the most useless biomes are the Snowy biomes, mostly Snowy Tundra. I think a new structure should come into play that makes those cold biomes a lot better. Frozen Lakes. Yes, there are already frozen lakes, but the frozen lakes should have a chance of having stuff frozen inside it. For example, a frozen lake should have a villager surrounded in ice inside the frozen lake. Chests with loot should also have a chance of spawning inside frozen lakes. I would love for this to be added because I usually find myself inside the snowy tundra, and there isn't a lot of things to do there.
