Passive Striders Behavior

Since the Striders are so passive I think it would be really cool if when ever they are attacked they run away until they are surrounded by lava source blocks on all sides in a 5 block radius and if they are still being a attacked they sink further in to the lava by a block or 2. Kinda like they are seeking safety which to them equals lava.
