Ancient Reaper

My idea is a new mob in the Basalt Delta or in the soulsand valley and this new mob is the Ancient reaper,he would be like a phantomatic mob. He is very agressive and when you kill a Ancient reaper he has a chance to drop a nether scrap or a powerfull netherite scythe. The Ancient reaper is rare and very dangerous. He can teleport to attack you. Arrows, fire and lava don't do damage to him. He attack very fast and do a lot of damage. Piglin and villager are scared of the Ancient reaper. The Ancient reaper attack every mob except skeleton, wither skeleton, ghast, zombie piglin, zombie and creeper .He have a lot of health . He floats above the ground. All of his body is black with blue fire on him. He has black particles around him. The Ancient reaper are the civilisation who have create the ancient debris.
