Rovers

This humanoid is exclusive to the Monster Biome (Monster Biome).

The Rover is a new type of Illager, which spawns commonly in the Monster Biome. The Rovers have a similar appearance to Pillagers, with a few upper-body differences. The Rovers don't have the red leather draped over their bodies, nor do they have the teal color shoulder pads. Underneath what would be the red leather, they wear green long-sleeved woolen shirts. They still wear the belt, as a normal Pillager would. Rovers hold wooden swords instead of crossbows. The Rover has slightly less health than a Pillager, with 20 HP. The Rovers move 25% faster than Pillagers, swing 25% faster, and try to cover as much ground as possible. The Rover rarely stays still, always searching for a victim to attack. Although Rovers like to travel, they never leave the Monster Biome. When a Rover gets in close contact with a player or Villager, it comes running towards them. The Rover immediately starts swinging at its target with its wooden sword. The Rover has the same drops as a Pillager (that are not in raids). The only difference in drops is that the crossbow is replaced with Lapis lazuli. The drop chances remain the same though, which means Lapis lazuli has a drop chance of 8.5%, going up 1% per level of looting.
