If night comes and there is no nest/hive for a bee to sleep in, they should land on the ground under the nearest tree or next to a full bees nest and sleep. They would close their eyes and stop flapping their wings. Bees would prioritize sleeping near an occupied bee nest/hive then any random tree to make sure they all stay together. It just seems kinda awkward and sad seeing one lone bee flying around a bee hive when you can't make them another one.
