Nether Wart Toad (1.16 Idea)

What If in the Crimson forest (Or Some sort of Nether Wart Field?) There could be a new mob called The Nether Wart Toad. It could look something like this model I quickly made:

It would be a passive mob about the size of a pig (Maybe same HP and Spawn Rates?) And it would hop about randomly in a fashion just like the in-game rabbits. It would make a croak that's eerie, deep, and low-pitched. I imagine they could be bred using some item found in the biome they come from. Whether it's crimson fungi or the crimson sprouts. They would drop 0-1 Nether Warts when killed (or some food item maybe?)

I imagine they could be attracted to nether warts and eat them like sheep eat grass to regrow the nether warts on their backs. You could shear them like sheep to get the warts. In this way their kind of the pig/sheep of the nether.

I think this would be a great addition to the game and I can think of plenty of different interesting things to do with them.
