Brine Golem

To protect Dillagers, there could be new Brine Golems. They could be big and green and function as a pickled iron golem.

    And Instead of dropping flowers they could drop sea pickles or dead bushes

    This actually makes since. You can already find iron golems in cages at pillager outpost.

    Maybe instead of only iron blocks, it could be a coral block or coal block in the center, and the bottom and side ones could be iron. Then the carved pumpkin on top in the middle, and one sea pickle on both sides of the carved pumpkin.
