Nether stems and hyphae should have 6 rotations instead of 3

Because stems and hyphae have an animated texture, we should be able to face the animation in any direction, not just north, east, and upward. (this does not apply to the stripped versions) This would give us more variety when building with this block, as the veins could be rotated into spirals, pathways, and such.
