    THIS

Except get rid of [SpeedModifier]; it's redundant, unnecessary, and confusing.

Was just about to post about this, did we have the same brainwave?

Though I think it would be better as a NBT tag, like the PatrolTarget[X, Y, Z] NBT tag on raider mobs

Yes, although it'd also be okay if we could just change an nbt tag like {Brain:{memories:{"minecraft:walking_target":{value:{pos:[I;x,y,z],speed:value}}}}} to something just for them to walk somewhere
I remember villagers having a brain:memory thing like this, but I'm sure other mobs do not.

I love this! You could use it to force mobs to do exactly what you want and as you want it! I can imagine so many uses for this, such as movies or cutscenes, and it would allow for us to express creativity even more by allowing us to use mobs directly in our command builds!
