Mobs that die from the Wither effect turn into their Zombie variants

Piglins, Hoglins, Villagers and Horses should turn into their Zombified versions when Withering away - Would make sense as the Wither doesn't attack the undead - converting other mobs would be interesting. As well as Wither Skeletons and Piglins being enemies.

Would also allow access to Zombified Horses in survival mode.
