/shade <pos1> <pos2> <color> <strength>

when infinity snapshot came out i knew it was an april fools but the shades in /warp color were very cool and i thought about a command that would be able to select an area and change its color/shade, and the strength of how dense/dark it is, aswell as an /shade undo command because no one wants to have a weird area with a weird shading forever, or if they dont like it.
