Floaters (Rideable End Mob)

Since there are rideable creatures for the Overworld (horses) and the Nether (Striders in the next update), I have thought of a rideable creature for the End called Floaters. They have Whale heads with tentacles instead of their tails and have purple skin. They swim in the void in groups and when one of them is provoked, the whole pod is provoked similar to dolphins and zombie pigmen. They vary in size from small babies the size of cats to large elders the size of the Ender Dragon. They drop baleen, Ender pearls and experience when killed. The bigger they are, the more health they have and the better items they drop. 

They can be tamed with chorus fruit and require a saddle to be ridden. They fly around when ridden and teleport if they are in danger or their rider is in danger. When the rider throws an Ender Pearl/eat chorus fruit the Floater teleports with them.

    Great idea! Maybe it would be attacked by the Ender dragon if it came near the main island? Maybe it could have a natural predator?

    What Michael said. The ender dragon should be the only predator however since the outer parts of the end should feel safe when hovering over an endless abyss. I also think the mob name should be changed to a "Drift" and they should have a closer resemblance to a cloud with no tentacles.
