A new Wandering Trader type can be added called a Treasure Hunter. Treasure Hunters only trade valuable items like Diamonds, Emeralds, Nether Quartz, Heart of the Sea, Ender Pearls, and even (possibly) a Nether Star (they could buy it if they already beat the Wither or they could sell it for something) at very high prices. The Treasure Hunter would also trade in Pearls, which is another idea (already has a thread).
As the current Wandering Trader travels with Llamas by land, what if the Treasure Hunter traveled by boat with dolphins!
Furthermore, I think that Treasure Hunters should spawn near Buried Treasure (similar to how Drowned spawn near whatever those things are called.
Possible Trades:
1 Pearl (new item) for 4 Nether Quartz
16 Nether Quartz for 2 Pearls or 1 Heart of the Sea
16 Ender Pearls for 1 Diamond Shard (new item as Diamonds would be too much if a user had an Ender Pearl farm, and in case there isn’t already a Diamond Shard thread it would be 9 shards to a diamond)
Other high value items could also be sold. I can’t think of any others at the moment, please suggest more in the comments!
