    I've noticed while attempting to build an open water pool for fishing purposes, it can be difficult and confusing to know whether or not you will actually begin fishing up treasure. It becomes a game of trial and error, not knowing if you're simply getting bad RNG and not fishing up treasure, or your pool simply isn't fitting the parameters that the game counts as "open water." I suggest that a negative particle effect hovers around the bobber when you're not fishing in open water, like a "negative" bubble effect.
