Heart of the sea deserves its own structure

I feel like the rarity of conduit materials is backwards, the heart of the sea is listed as a rare item, but you find one in every treasure chest, and you usually find a treasure map in every shipwreck, meaning you can easily get one on your first day, meanwhile nautilus shells are extremely rare, one way to change this would be to swap the loot tables, when you open a treasure chest you should find a few nautilus shells instead of a heart of the sea, and the heart of the sea could be a rare drop from drowned or a rare catch when fishing.

An even better solution though would be to give the heart of the sea it's own structure. Similar to an ocean monument, occasionally you would find a small prismarine structure at the bottom of the sea surrounded by guardians, where you would have to fight your way to a final treasure room protected by a single elder guardian, in there you would find a heart of the sea, along with a pile of expensive loot on the side.

    Why not use the ocean monument as the structure? Not that a new structure wouldn't be welcome.

    Since the guardians don't attack the drowned (and they seem to be some kind of prismarine machines) it would make sense that the drowned built or raised them. and the drowned were clearly trying to make a conduit (that's why they have nautilus shells) and clearly didn't (that's why they drowned) the new structure should not be guarded by the guardians 90 which would imply that the drowned had the Heart of The Sea.

    Maybe, since the guardians DO inexplicably attack squids, the new Heart of the Sea structures could have a squid counterpart to the guardian that attacks absolutely anything. Not a new Kraken boss, but a Humbolt Squid (a real-life man-sized aggressive squid) or something similar

    I feel like the way you currently get it is already great. It both gives a great purpose to the treasure mechanic even for players during the late game, and it gives rewards for players that don't care for the combat. I also just think that not all rewards have to require killing something. There should be an equal amount of rewards for both sides.
