Basalt should make a unique sound when created

When water comes in contact with lava, it is a normal process that hardens the lava, but the same can't be said for the basalt creation process. Basalt creation is more complicated, as lava has to be over soul soil and to the side of blue ice, so it should sound more like bubbling lava, a faint blizzard, and whispering souls.
