Note Blocks with Crying Obsidian

The sound that plays when you right-click a Respawn Anchor with glowstone is such a cool sound. However, you can only hear it whenever you charge the Respawn Anchor by one. So, I think you should be able to hear this sound a different way. By placing a Note Block on top of Crying Obsidian, you get that cool "charge" sound, and can change the pitch of it of course!

  Well since it's crying obsidian, it should make a wailing sound.

  could be a good idea, or maybe choir/chorus, which would work well with the sustaining noteblock idea I saw earlier
