(1.16.0.51) Note block usage/mechanic for touch controls (crouch-activate)

Note: this is for mobile players or players using the touch controls.

Being able to "crouch tap" on a note block to activate it or change its pitch would be great. While not crouching, this will allow the player to use the note block without changing the pitch. This will allow for ease of changing note block pitches to their desired pitch, and not accidentally changing the pitch of note blocks on an unintentional touch.

The player can even play a row of note blocks like a piano if this is implemented!

I believe this mechanic can be easily implemented as it already exists. For example, the player can change the pose of an armor stand if the player activates the armor stand while crouching.

Additionally, this could help for some parity with java edition on the usage of note blocks.

    That would make block placement on note blocks hard. Also, armour stands are entities.
