Wither Update

With the next major update being the Nether Update, and there is quite a focus on parity on the Bedrock side, it may be the to address the Wither. It has different behavior on the different platforms. Instead of arguing which one is better, just have both! The Wither can be summoned on soul soil in this update, as well as soul sand. The soul sand Either should be the Java Wither, as it has been around longer, and soul soil should summon the Bedrock Wither. That way players could pick their preferred fight and there is still parity.
