Piglin/zombie Piglin jockeys... the secret weapon to nether only survival?

The zombied/piglin jockeys are the only source of feathers in the nether. If you find one (which is extremely rare) you can make it lay eggs for more chickens, starting a chicken farm. (Good for meat, and feathers) we need feathers to craft arrows. There is no other way to craft arrows in the nether. So why not make them a little more common, or add a large number of chicken eggs to the piglins bartering system? Thanks for reading and I hope you consider this. Have a great day

    I realised they don’t actually lay eggs, so it would be cool if you kill the rider and keep the chicken that if the chicken is within a 32 block radius for 5 minutes of the player it would turn into a normal chicken and start laying eggs? This would make nether only survivalists keep the chicken to start a chicken farm. This would keep the original idea of despawning jockeys, but for people that really need eggs in the nether possible.
