Smite IV as Master Cleric Trade

Seeing as the clerics are a source of religion for the villager community and more than likely peacefully oppose the undead threat of zombies and the like in whatever small way they can, it would make much sense for a master cleric to offer the player an enchanted Smite IV or V level in return for an emerald and a book and quill.

To ensure this trade appears, the nether wart trade should be moved to the Expert level.
