(Java parity) Vindicator with blue eyes again

OK I know it's a terrible suggestion but I wanted him with blue eyes again.

    I figured it out just yesterday, the vindicator's eyes are dull green (like evokers) in the bedrock platform, unlike the java platform where the vindicators have lapis blue eyes. Which means changes in the bedrock edition should be introduced to match the java version.
