The tools, weapons and armor should visually represent, according to their brightness, how well they are enchanted, with low level enchantments they would have a little level of little brightness, for example a breastplate with protection 1 should have a very low level of brightness very inconspicuous, while objects with high level enchantments would have the brightness that any enchanted object currently has or higher.
