Piles of crying obsidian

The 20w09a snapshot brought block called crying obsidian to the game. To this day there is no way to obtain this item without bartering with Piglins. My idea how to find this mysterious block would be randomly piled around the nether. It would be slightly more rare as nether fortresses, making it a very gleeful thing to find. Specks of obsidian also spawn in these piles. Please vote if you like this idea. (-:

    I would have End Crystal explosions turn obsidian into crying obsidian
