Easy Dye

I find it annoying to have to craft wool and glass etc with dye to make them colored. It would be much easier to be able to click the block with the dye and the color will change (The dye will be absorbed). Yes, it would be more efficient to use a crafting table but if lets say you just started off and you want a blue bed but only have one or two blue dye, it is easier to get a white bed and dye it blue physically. This would work with

Beds

Wool

Glass

Glass Panes

Concrete

Shulker Boxes

Terracotta

Glazed Terracotta

Anything else colorful I am forgetting

    My personal use case would be redstone contraptions. Larger redstone is helpful to comprehend with color coding. But as I build I make many changes and try various things. It'd be great to just place down my redstone on any color of wool I happen to have in inventory, and by able to give the individual circuits colors afterwards.

    But for inventory management it also reduces required space. Just have a bunch of white/neutral blocks and a shulker of dyes on you, and build, and fix colors afterwards. 

    The concept is not new anymore either. Glow-ink and dyes can be applied on signs after the sign is placed. Would be cool/helpful/easy/managable to do that with any kind of colerable block.
