Chorus Skeleton

The End needs more mobs. Here's one possibility.

There are skeletons, strays and wither skeletons, but what about a skeleton in the End? This is my suggestion. What if there was skeleton that hid between chorus plants and shoot at players. This mob would be textured like chorus plants, as to blend in. It would shoot at players, and cause them to teleport small distances. The players wouldn't see the skeleton, and be confused. If a player tried to pursue the skeleton, it would run away whilst shooting the player. These skeletons would not leave the chorus plants, because these are shy mobs that do not want to be seen in the open. They would also only spawn occasionally, as to not teleport spam the player. It would have the same drops as normal skeletons, but would also drop chorus flowers, as well as a chorus bow, a bow that could teleport players or mobs.

    Intresting idea. Not sure about the whole Chrous theme but Arrows that teleport you would be fun!

    This would be so cool! My suggestions are:

    • I think they would have to only spawn occasionally because it would be so annoying to be teleported around by 5 chorus skeletons. 
    • The Chrous Skeleton could have a really interesting model with a big head and maybe a particle effect.
    • You would be able to pick up its bow, which would teleport players and mobs away when you shoot them. This would be useful if a creeper was chasing you, for example, as you could shoot it away as it was exploding and it would explode in the distance. 

    Love the idea!

    What if instead of a chorus bow, it dropped chorus stalks, and four chorus stalks could be crafted into a chorus stem?

    I think that it should drop a new arrow instead of a bow. It would be called the Chorus Arrow.
