Heart Particles when Breeding on Minimal Particles Settings

In Java Version, when setting particles to minimal in video settings, heart particles will not be shown when breeding animals. This is reported a bug in MC-621, but it seems not to be acknowledged as such by the devs. Changing this behavior is discussed to be a feature request in MC-64724.

Therefore I request adding the rendering of the heart particles to the minimal particles setting. IMHO such visual indicators for your in-game actions should not be generalized with pure aesthetics and should never be turned off by the game with any option.
