Updates Category

I think a new category idea would be an updates category so people that have any update ideas can post what they think would be good

    Hi there,

    We've given it some thought here (thanks so much for letting us consider this idea) and are rejecting this idea for the following reasons:

    1. We would prefer if posts focused on individual ideas, not "big updates", which tend to be lists of very vague ideas.

    - posts with individual ideas have an opportunity to develop more by the community into GREAT ideas

    - single ideas can contribute well to an update and let lots of different people's ideas fit in

    - most "update" ideas don't fit in 1500 characters, anyway, and therefore don't get read/discussed/voted on by the community

    2. Most "update" posts tend to be lists of "more X, more Y, more Z". Generally speaking, all updates have a little bit of X, Y, and Z.

    Please feel free to break down your ideas, and file them into the appropriate categories.
