Why is this wanted or needed?:
-Gives potential fletching table usage.
-Makes high leveled bane of arthropods a necessity. (Wanted a tanky spider)
-It is nice to expand on types of spiders. (Compare to the diversity in zombies and skeletons.)
-The Nether in general could use more mobs to make each biome even more unique.
What are the loots?:
- 0-1 Fermented spider eyes (1/9 chance)
- 0-2 Velvet Strings (It has a golden color and appearance of an upside down string.) <--- New item!
Characteristics?:
-Habitat is in the Soulsand Valley biome. (Spawn in groups of 1-4.)
-Has 24 health. (BOA V Netherite Sword + Crit will one shot it.)
-1.4 Blocks tall and about 2.1 blocks wide spread.
-Orange striped legs, lime green eyes and jet black body color.
-Ironically fast for its size. About 40% faster than normal spider mob.
-Their bites can do 6 damage with 4 sec of putting you on fire.
-Everything else it will behave like normal spider mobs do.
***Based off of orange baboon tarantulas. They are very aggressive and their poisonous bites may give of burning sensations.
How will this benefit the fletching table?:
-To craft Velvet Fabric you will need 4 Velvet Strings and 4 slime balls.
-It functions just like the smithing table but with different items.
-Velvet Fabric will further enhance your bow or crossbow. (About 10% more power damage and velocity speed which will also shoot with longer distances with more knockback.)
