(Character Creator) use other skin as starting point

The character Creator is awesome, but if you want to try a small tweak out, you have to remember exactly how you had the skin before if you end up not liking the change. In addition, if you want to do a holiday or otherwise temporary change to your skin, you either have to re-create it, or remember what you changed. It would be nice if you could pick from your existing skins as a starting point when making new skins
