Nether sprites

A Nether sprites is a mob that spawn in the warped forest. They are white spooky looking arthropods with black tip spikes on its back and that has a bulb at the end off their tail that glows. They crawl low to the ground. They are passive mobs but when attack they jump away from there attacker leaving a withering area of affect behind them. Like a lingering potion affect. They can also climb up warped stem to hide from players. They would hiss at other Nether sprites when close by being territorial to the point where one would run away. They have 9 health points. There height would be 0.4 blocks and the width: 0.6 Blocks long. They would drop glow stone dust upon defeat. I think this would be a nice mob for the warped forest to make it feel more alive.
