Give baby zombie piglins a similar skin to baby zombie pigmen

It was a small detail but it was also the only mob in the game where the baby version of it looked different then when it was a adult. It was kind of cool and made them a little spookier as well.

To be honest even if it was originally intended or not, it was never changed even though they could have. They would have to make a whole new texture for the baby since the flesh isn't a hat model but its very much possible in current minecraft.
