Split up the experience orb texture file into individual sprites

Currently, in Java Edition, all sprites for experience orbs are stored in the same sprite sheet, experience_orb.png. This is inconsistent with many other textures, and somewhat forbids the creation of animated textures for different experience orb sizes. I suggest that this file be split up so that there is one file for each of the 11 different sizes of experience orb, that can be retextured and customized at will.

This would give more leeway to texture artists, yes please!
