Ghast Riders

Seeing as ghasts and skeletons both now spawn in the soul sand valleys, it would be an interesting challenge if occasionally ghasts would spawn with two skeletons riding them when in the valleys. The ghasts could have more hit points than usual, and the skeletons would spawn wearing armor. This would make the soul sand valleys have their own unique mob and balance out the new content across the nether.
