(Boss) soulless horseman

The soulless horseman is a new boss that can be summoned by building a statue with netherite blocks, soul soil and a soul infested wither skeleton skull. A soul infested wither skeleton skull can be crafted with a wither skull and a soul stone, a super rare trade from piglins. By building the statue the boss spawns, and if you take his soul out of his body he becomes hostile and attacks you! He rides a wither skeleton horse (a black skeleton horse with blue eyes) that can fly and he shoots blue fireballs at you. He can also summon soul eaters that chase the player and cause blindness. But the most powerful attack is the soul stealer attack that causes blindness, slowness, nausea and wither. When you kill him he drops a hood that gives you night vision and you can also ride his horse, and fly around with it!
