Let us toggle on/off vintage in video settings

When i am deep underground i get very bothered by the darkness in the corners of my screen, please allow us to turn this off, also it would be nice to have an option to have a less intense version of vintage.

    I think you mean vignette... Nevertheless, to option to turn it off is there... Sorta... You just lose all the other fancy effects.

    Fast option doesn't have it, according to the wiki, but Fancy option does.
