Mist Particles

It would be cool to wake up after sleeping in minecraft and seeing mist hanging over water in early morning, or going to the jungle and seeing mist in some areas, like a rainforest.

    It could also be a weather event, like rain, with a higher chance of occurring at night or in the morning. It should also be able to occur in swamps and roofed forests, for the ambience.
